Terms of Service – Styloshare Storage

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Styloshare Storage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Styloshare Storage provides file storage, management, and delivery services through a REST API. The Service includes file upload via pre-signed URLs, file storage on S3-compatible infrastructure, CDN delivery, and project-scoped API key management.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to store or distribute illegal content, malware, or content that violates intellectual property rights. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or storage quotas. You may not use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our infrastructure.

5. Storage & Limits

Each plan has defined storage limits, maximum file sizes, and API request quotas. Exceeding these limits may result in rate limiting or service restrictions. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with 30 days notice.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Free tier users will not be charged without explicit upgrade consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Styloshare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
