Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of your initial subscription or plan upgrade. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable.
3. Downgrades
When downgrading to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for downgrades. If your current storage usage exceeds the new plan's limit, you will need to reduce your storage before the downgrade takes effect.
4. Service Issues
If you experience significant service disruptions or issues that prevent normal use, please contact our support team. We may offer credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis for verified service issues.
5. Free Tier
The free tier does not involve any charges and therefore is not subject to refunds. You can use the free tier indefinitely with no credit card required.
