Your files are stored on S3-compatible infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/SSL. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including secure API key management, rate limiting, and access controls.

We use essential cookies for authentication (refresh tokens) and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how our services are used. You can control cookie settings in your browser.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure. These services have their own privacy policies and we recommend reviewing them. Key providers include our cloud storage infrastructure and payment processor.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Uploaded files are deleted immediately upon request or account deletion. Usage logs are retained for 90 days for operational purposes.
